Ghostwriting is the complete creation of your book from start to finish. This service is ideal for busy
executives or professionals who'd like to write a book, but haven't got the time or aren't sure how to go
about it. By hiring me to ghostwrite for you, I'll turn your ideas into a book in just a few months!
I have a specific formula to get the precise data I'll need from you about your project, then I'll get to work
and deliver a perfect, saleable manuscript for you. Ghostwriting is done on a work made for hire basis,
meaning that you are hiring me to create and deliver a product for you. You will hold the copyright to the
final manuscript and reap all of the benefits from any and all sales of your book. After the manuscript is
written, you have no further obligation to me and owe me no future remuneration.
Once the final manuscript is delivered to you, I'll also write a personalized program for you to help you sell
your book to a publisher, all based on my successful formulas.

HOW IT WORKS

You and I will meet in person or over the phone to discuss the details of your project. If working together
is something that we decide to do, I will evaluate your project and get back to you with a quote.s what is
included in your programs:

* Creation of a saleable manuscript (1st draft with option of 2nd draft at no additional charge)
* Table of Contents and Glossary compilation (if needed)
* Consultation to determine the best market for your book

chapter outline as well as author marketing plans, target audience research and comparable title research.
* A personalized program on presenting your book project to publishers OR consultation on self-publishing
if this is the route you choose.
* Outside proofreading service.
* My personal book selling secrets package which is based on my own successful actions.
* A written pack of my successful actions to market and promote a book once it is sold


GHOSTWRITING FEES
$20,000 to $50,000

My writing fees on work made for hire (ghostwritten) projects ranges from $20,000 to $50,000,
depending on the type of book you want, the research involved and the time that I'll be investing. After
discussing your ideas with you, I'll be able to give you an exact price. Keep in mind that I'm not the
cheapest writer in town, but I am highly skilled at what I do and I've written and sold many books. Never
hire an amateur to write your book for you! You're gambling with your money and your time.
The average book takes about 3 months to produce from beginning to end. If additional research is
needed, more time may be needed. My availability depends on my current workload.
If we decide to work together, I will send you a contract and set up a payment schedule with you. I
typically expect 50% up front, 25% on delivery of the first draft and 25% on delivery of the second (final)
draft. Once we have a signed agreement and I receive the first payment, I will start writing your book.


BOOK CONSULTATION SERVICES
$4,500 FLAT RATE
A less expensive option

My consultation service is a less expensive option where I will guide you through preparing your own book
for market. I will also write you a personal program to help you sell and market your book upon
completion.
Consultation is ideal if you already have a manuscript written, but aren't sure how to organize the data ,
what to do with it, how to approach publishers, or all of the above.
This is a do-it-yourself option where I will consult you through the preparation stage and  help you get your
manuscript ready to be sold to publishers or other markets.


HOW IT WORKS

You and I will meet for a free project consultation to ensure that this service is right for you and that your
manuscript is far enough along to qualify for my full consultation services. If so, I'll have you send me an
electronic copy of your fully or partially written manuscript. I'll draw up an agreement and once the contract
is signed and I've received my flat consultation fees,  I'll start writing your personal program.
I consult authors on non-fiction and fiction projects.
I will go through the manuscript and tell you specifically how to mold it into a saleable format, suitable for
publishers or publication.

BOOK CONSULTATION FEES

My flat fee for book consultation is $4500 per project.

THE PROGRAM

Part one of your personal program will consist of 'homework' assignments to get your manuscript ready to
sell. You'll be doing all the writing yourself under my direction and consultation. You can expect to get Part
One of your personal program about 1 week after I receive your manuscript. You will work on your
program at your own pace and can take as long as you need to complete the assignments. Assignments
may include suggestions to shift chapters around, add chapters, delete content, etc. As an example, one
client sent me a wonderful book about health and beauty that had a large self-help section in it. The project
was actually two books that fell into different non-fiction genres. I reorganized the data and had the client
remove the self-help section and concentrate on the health and beauty aspect of the book. Some areas
needed to be expanded while others needed to be condensed to create a manuscript that flowed evenly.
The client then went on to expand the self-help portion into a separate book.
Upon completion of your assignments, I will read your manuscript again and make any final suggestions.
This is the quality control stage where I ensure that the book is ready to enter the marketplace. If additional
corrections that need to be made, I will have you make those before giving you your marketing program.
Once the manuscript is polished and ready to go out, I'll write part two of your personal program which
you will use to sell and market your book, all based on my own successful actions. Below is what is
included in your programs:

* Consultation to create a saleable manuscript including assignments that you will do yourself
* Consultation to determine the best market for your book
* Book copyrighting information package
* Personal consultation on presenting your book to the world. Additionally, I will write a 1-2 page synopsis
of your book and a detailed chapter outline for you which will be a vital part of your 'pitch package' (this
step will be done after I've read and approved your final manuscript)
* Consultation on how to find and contact publishers that are right for your book
* A written pack of my successful actions to market and promote a book once it is sold.
